Wholety solutions
Purchase order and supplier management software for importers
Importers need to connect what they buy, what is in transit, what arrives at the warehouse and what they owe suppliers. Wholety links purchase orders, shipping details, stock-in records and supply settlement so purchasing, warehouse and finance teams can work from the same order history.

One list. A draft for each supplier.
Choose quantities, review the supplier groups and turn the list into drafts. See what stays on the list when a supplier needs attention or a connection drops.
Interactive sample using illustrative products and suppliers. It does not connect to an account or create real orders.
| Supplier | Cases still on list | Draft result |
|---|---|---|
| Harbor Imports | 1.50 | No draft yet |
| Delta Supply | 2.00 | No draft yet |
Confirmed drafts
Review the quantities and suppliers, then create sample drafts.
Successful groups leave your list. For an uncertain result, read the saved order first; continue the original request only when it is confirmed missing. Purchase prices and approval still need review. Receiving and payments follow their own business records.
Read the purchase planning workflowAsk your Agent: turn this supplier sheet into a purchase draft
Give your connected Agent the supplier sheet and ask it to match existing products and supplier prices. Review quantities and prices, then let the authorized Agent save a purchase draft through MCP and read it back. The draft is ready for your team to review; receiving stock and paying the supplier remain separate operations.
Turn a purchase list into supplier drafts
Choose products from the purchase board and review the quantities and suppliers. Wholety saves the list separately for each account and member, then creates one draft per supplier. Successful groups leave the list; failed groups stay available for review. If a response is lost, find the draft from the original creation request before continuing. Open each draft to confirm purchase prices and approval; creating a draft does not receive stock or record payment.
Keep supplier orders and shipping details together
Maintain supplier profiles and create supply-chain orders with products, quantities and purchase prices. Submit orders through the configured approval process, then update fulfillment and shipping details as the purchase progresses. Container and shipping records stay connected to the purchase order instead of living in a separate spreadsheet.
Allocate freight and record warehouse arrivals
Wholety supports freight allocation by volume and loading calculations for purchase planning. When goods arrive, warehouse staff record stock-in against the purchase order. Stock-in creates physical inventory, connecting the purchasing workflow to stock that sales and warehouse teams can use. Partial arrivals can be tracked against the original purchase.
Connect purchase costs to supplier settlement
Supplier settlement closes the purchasing side of the trade cycle. Accounts payable records and purchase costs remain linked to the order, giving finance a way to follow the purchase from supplier details through receipt and settlement. The finance manual explains the dependency between supply settlement and sales settlement.
A shared workflow for import operations
Purchasing maintains the order, warehouse staff record arrivals, and finance handles settlement. This workflow is useful for import distributors whose purchase, shipping and inventory records need to stay connected. Start by creating your product and supplier records, then follow a purchase through stock-in before using the resulting inventory in sales.
Match partner item numbers to your SKUs
Maintain a separate SKU correspondence table for each supplier or merchant. Review the complete table, stage additions and removals, then save with a version check. Existing internal SKU codes remain visible, and a colleague’s newer changes trigger a conflict so staff can reload and review before replacing the table. Read API Keys let agents inspect the same complete snapshots through HTTP or MCP.
Example: one purchase, two arrivals
A buyer orders 200 units at $20 each. The first delivery contains 120 units; a later delivery contains 80. Keep the original order quantity at 200 and record each receipt separately. After the first arrival, 120 units have been received and 80 are still outstanding. A purchase draft alone does not create physical stock. Match freight and supplier invoices to the purchase before completing settlement, then compare ordered, received and billed quantities.

Common questions
Who is the supply-chain workflow designed for?
It supports purchasing, warehouse and finance teams at import and cross-border B2B businesses that need purchase orders, shipping, stock-in and supplier settlement in a connected system.
Does receiving a purchase create warehouse stock?
Yes. Recording purchase stock-in creates physical inventory in the warehouse. The purchase order and its stock-in records remain connected.
Can my agent bring in purchasing plans from an old system?
Yes. Give your readable source files to a connected agent and review how products, suppliers and quantities map to Wholety. Unfinished purchasing intentions can become native drafts through MCP. Historical purchase replay can create inventory and requires a separate cutoff and reconciliation plan. The Agent-assisted migration guide explains both paths.
