An open operating foundation
Connect a personal or enterprise Agent to the products, stock, purchasing, sales and finance operations already open in Wholety. Existing MCP access is included in the free software foundation.
All features free for one month, including MCP access and 1 hour of consultation and assistance.
Stock, reservations and locks · SO-1042 · PO-2088
Available = 96 − 30 − 6 = 60 cases. SO-1042 needs 72 cases not included in reservations: a 12-case gap. PO-2088 is due after dispatch.
Completed sales order · stock cost history · payments and collections
Period turnover = sales cost ÷ time-weighted average inventory = 6,000 ÷ 3,000. Review the linked records behind the 50-day cycle.
One completed order; a 60-day observation, not an annualized rate.
Harbor Tea stock lots · 30-day sales · verified CAD cost
Using a 45-day target: coverage = 240 ÷ (60 ÷ 30); stock above target = 240 − (2 × 45); cost above target = 150 × CAD 20. This is inventory cost, not cash already released.
An isolated demonstration account supplies the business records. The Agent conversation is illustrated from recorded tool calls; no production records or secret keys are shown.
48 × $12.50 USD = $600 USD
Illustrated sample data, not measured performance results. Your connected Agent queries Wholety and explains the calculation; you review recommendations and approve record creation. The purchase example uses a USD supplier quote; verify the saved CAD amount and exchange rate separately.
These workflows are available through your connected Agent and authorized Wholety operations. Wholety's managed proactive AI services are still in development.
The animation uses sample records. Follow the supplier SKU match, stock and inbound checks, reviewed price and quantity, authorized purchase draft, and saved-record check step by step. Approval, warehouse receiving and payment are separate operations.

One MCP connection should let a personal or enterprise Agent use every authorized operation your team can perform in the interface. Business queries, writes and migration tools are available now. Supported account, member, key and billing administration requires a separate, explicit owner-authorized management scope. Your Agent discovers the available operations and required permissions from the live catalogue. The connection prepared at registration includes business read and write access.
Today, your chosen Agent supplies the reasoning and model calls. Managed AI analysis, proactive replenishment and optimized loading services are still being built. All future operations must preserve account permissions and provide reviewable, traceable results.
Bring exports or spreadsheets from your old workflow. Dedicated migration tools guide field mapping, preview source rows and check references before your agent writes business records.
Explore Agent data migrationKeep the agent and model you choose. Connect them to a warehouse that checks access and business rules on every operation.
Reads your exports, understands your request and proposes the next action.
Runs in your chosen client and model environment.
Read the actual result before moving to the next step.
Your client receives the business data you request and may send it to its configured model. Choose the client's data handling settings and give each agent only the access it needs.
Registration prepares your business connection. Start in the dashboard; your Agent handles the Skill and MCP setup.
Start free. Your new account includes a dedicated Agent connection with business read and write access.
Open Account & Agents and copy the connection prompt to your own Agent. It identifies the actual client—Codex, Claude Code, Cursor or another client—then installs the Skill and verifies MCP and the expected account before saving private configuration. Reload the client’s MCP servers if it asks you to.
Ask for available stock or an authorized purchase draft. Your Agent discovers the business operation, checks its inputs and reads the result. Open the same record in Wholety to verify what happened.
Keep the connection prompt private: it contains your dedicated key. Keys stay out of public links and command arguments. Account administration needs the owner's separate, explicit manage authorization.
Use these options when your client needs custom configuration. The prepared dashboard prompt is the standard route.
For clients that support remote MCP and authorization headers. Replace the placeholder with your API Key; your client's configuration format may differ.

The Skill includes a Python 3 bridge at
scripts/mcp_stdio.py. Set your client's server
command to python3, pass the script's absolute path
and set WHOLETY_API_KEY in its environment. The
bridge uses Python's standard library.
Send Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_API_KEY> to

describes request parameters. Read-only SQL analytics is available
at POST /query/sql.
Discover a workflow, inspect its parameters, then let your Agent use the business API.

Owners have independent business spaces. Subaccounts share their owner's workspace according to their roles. API Keys belong to that account and can be revoked immediately.
Use a separate connection for each Agent. Full keys are kept private and stored as hashes on the server. Business access does not grant account administration; supported management actions require an owner key with explicit manage scope. SQL is limited to the connected account's business tables.
Read about accounts and permissionsYour chosen agent handles the conversation and model calls. Wholety provides warehouse data and operations through MCP or HTTP. Requested data may be processed by your client's configured model; review that client's data handling settings.
Clients with remote HTTP MCP and authorization headers can use the endpoint. stdio MCP clients can use the bundled bridge. Custom Agents can call the HTTP API. No specific model provider is required.
No. Read-only keys cannot invoke write operations, including writes that use HTTP POST. Registration prepares a business read/write connection; use a separate read-only key when you want an Agent limited to queries.
Copy the dashboard connection prompt to your Agent, then ask it to check available stock, review pending orders or prepare a purchase draft you authorize. Verify the returned record in Wholety.
