The distribution cycle in one system
Create a supply-chain order with products, quantities and purchase prices. Receive goods into a warehouse shelf with expiry and source-order details. Confirm a sales order to reserve stock, dispatch it in one or several deliveries, then record supplier payments and customer receipts. Each step is attached to the order before it, so the warehouse, sales and finance teams read the same history.
Available stock you can promise
Physical stock, reserved stock and locked stock are kept separately. A successfully saved sales order reserves its quantity, so the next order sees only what remains. Dispatch reduces physical stock and releases the reservation. Purchase arrivals become stock only when the warehouse records the receipt.
Wholesale prices and a buyer ordering portal
Maintain merchant-specific prices and customer levels alongside product records. Business customers can browse their products, build a cart and track their own orders in the merchant purchase portal, while staff keep approval, warehouse and finance responsibilities.
Landed cost and payables for imported goods
Allocate freight by volume at supply settlement and write the result back to purchase costs. Payables, receivables, invoices and configured tax zones stay connected to the orders that created them, and the dashboards summarise purchasing, sales, stock and balances from the same transactions.
An ERP your AI agent can work with
Connect a personal or enterprise agent through MCP or the HTTP API with a named API key. Start read-only so it can check stock, pending orders or unpaid balances; enable writes when it should save a purchase draft or migrate records. Business rules apply to every operation, and Wholety does not charge for existing MCP access.
What sits outside the scope
Wholety focuses on trade operations. Manufacturing planning, payroll and general-ledger accounting are outside the modules described in the manual. If you need them, keep them in a dedicated system and decide which records each system owns.
How the workflow fits together
- Set up products, suppliers, merchants and one warehouse.
- Create and receive a supplier purchase order.
- Confirm a merchant sales order and check available stock.
- Dispatch the order and record the customer receipt.
- Connect your AI agent with a read-only key and compare its answers with the records.
Common questions
Is Wholety a cloud ERP?
Yes. Wholety runs in the browser and is maintained by the Wholety team. Your team signs in at dash.wholety.com; there are no servers to install.
How is it different from a traditional ERP rollout?
Traditional enterprise ERP rollouts often start with an implementation project and configuration workshops. Wholety can be started on the free plan the same day, and an agent can help map existing spreadsheets during migration.
What does the free plan include?
The complete business software with all features for one month and 1 hour of free assistance every month, plus MCP and API key access. After the trial, Wholety is $99 USD/month, with quarterly and annual discounts.
Does Wholety include manufacturing or payroll?
No. Those modules are outside the current product. Wholety covers purchasing, warehouse inventory, B2B sales, the merchant portal and trade finance.
