Wholety provides business management software and its public website. This policy explains what information we use when you visit our website, create an account, or use Wholety. Contact us at vincy@wholety.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect the account name, email address, password or sign-in identity, and information needed to operate your workspace. We also process business records that you or your team enter into Wholety, such as product, inventory, order, customer, and supplier information. Our systems may receive technical information such as browser details, IP address, and service logs needed for operation, security, and troubleshooting. If you purchase a plan, a payment provider processes payment details and we receive information about the resulting subscription and transactions.

Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, Google sends Wholety an identity token. We verify it and use the Google account's unique identifier, email address, email verification status, and available profile name to create or access your Wholety account. We store the unique identifier and the account information needed to maintain your login or a link you requested between Google and an existing Wholety account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or other Google account content. You can continue to use your existing Wholety account by signing in with it first and then linking Google from your account settings.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain workspaces and subscriptions, respond to support requests, diagnose faults, and improve the website and product. We do not sell Google Sign-In identity data. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the service, process payments, provide hosting, or comply with applicable law.

Storage and security

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain account and business information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements; retention depends on the type of information and the circumstances. We do not store your Google password.

Your choices

You can choose whether to use Google Sign-In and can manage the information you enter in your workspace. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or unlinking a Google account, email vincy@wholety.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website or service as appropriate.
